For my first ever cooking class I chose Yangshuo cooking school in Yangshuo China. I had no idea what to expect and was a little apprehensive to be honest. Would my cooking skills be up to par with everyone else’s? What if I couldn’t master…
Vicky and I put our normal couchsurfing endeavors aside to spend two nights in an authentic chinese hotel in central Beijing

Overall Experience: After lunch at Ping Pong as well as a stroll through African Art Vicky and I finished the day (and weekend) having dinner with our mutual friends Ryan and Sarah. We have not seen them in quite some time and it was good to catch up….
Overall Experience: Vicky and I embarked on a sunny, Sunday afternoon to have lunch with my coworker and friend Teerna. She recommended Dim Sum in the heart of DC, Dupont Circle at Ping Pong Restaurant. As Vicky and I have not had many lunch…
